- Permanent Residence Card or Visa: You must prove you are a legal resident of any of the one country (Australia, Brazil, Cambodia, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and the U.S) by providing a copy of your valid permanent resident card or visa

- Nepal Passport: Use a passport that is not going to expire within 6 months of the intended date of entry in Japan; 2 blank pages
- Photo: A clear passport-size photograph with an off-white background; lighting must be balanced, neither too light nor too dark
- Flight Ticket: A confirmed return or onward flight ticket
- Travel Itinerary: A document listing all the details like hotel address, duration of stay, and your contact number
- Financial Statement: The previous three months' bank statements
